52.The learned Senior Counsel for the appellant had also placed reliance
on the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court reported in 1992 2 SCC 507,
Guro Vs. Atma Singh, wherein the Hon’ble Supreme Court had reversed the
finding of the High Court that there were not suspicious circumstances
surrounding the execution of the Will. In that case, the Hon’ble Supreme Court
had listed out the suspicious circumstances in paragraph No.7 of the judgment.
