6. The issue of carrying capacity study in eco sensitive areas
has been considered by this Tribunal in several cases. We may refer
to some of the orders. Vide dated 29.07.2019 in O.A. No. 635/2017,
Ramesh Chand v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Therein, this
Tribunal got carrying capacity study conducted for eco sensitive
and geographical fragile areas of Manali and Mcleodganj from
