claimants are also entitled to a further sum of
Rs.75,000/- towards non-pecuniary damages in
terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of
R.K. Malik Vs. Kiran Pal, III (2006) ACC 261
upheld by the Hon‟ble Supreme Court. The
claimants are entitled to total compensation of
Rs.3,75,000/- (Rs.2,25,000/- + Rs.75,000/- +
Rs.75,000/-)."
