Considering the aforesaid including the income of the revisionist assessed by the Family Court i.e. between Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 10,500/- per month and the amount awarded by the Family Court i.e. Rs. 3,000/- per month to opposite party no.2/Rinki, Rs.1,000/- each to opposite party nos. 3 & 4 i.e. Ayush and Bhumi, respectively from the date of filing of the application, under consideration, i.e. 01.06.2022 and also the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the judgments, referred above, this Court finds no illegality, irregularity, or jurisdictional error in the order impugned dated 03.12.2024.
