He further deposed that any chowkidar or any other person was not found
outside the hospital and also do not get any person on bus stand. They
tried to join public persons at red light but all refused. He further deposed
that they had not informed the local police before the incident and further
had not put any barricades at spot. He further deposed that they have not
fired in retaliation on accused Badshah. Further, raiding party carrying
pistol with them. But had not recorded the carrying of weapons in DD
register of departure. He further deposed that no mobile phone were
recovered from the accused and further deposed that out of nine people of
the the raiding party three were on one side, three were on other side and
three were on the vehicles.
