22) In the case of Zakir Mirajkar (supra) the Supreme Court
approved the aforesaid enunciation and observed that it is
settled law that more than one charge-sheet is required to be
filed in respect of the organized crime syndicate and not in
respect of each person who is alleged to be a member of such a
syndicate. Nonetheless, there should be prima facie material to
indicate that the offences were committed either singly or jointly
as a member of an organized crime syndicate.
