had informed the police about his mobile number.
Confronted with statement Ex.PW1/D1 wherein it is
not so recorded. There was no rush / mob at the place
where the accused were apprehended. He denied the
suggestion that accused Sameer was not present at the
spot or that he did not abuse him.
