For the foregoing reasons and in view of the law laid down
by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Hardeep Singh's case (supra), I find
no merit in the present petition as no prima facie evidence has come on
record to summon respondents No.2 and 3 i.e. Shamsher Singh and
Surender Singh, accordingly finding no illegality in the impugned
order, the revision petition is dismissed.
