are also not reliable or trustworthy witnesses. The version disclosed by them as a
witness in the court is quite different from what they had stated in their statements
recorded in the course of investigation under section 161 of the Code. During their
examination-in-chief before the court, they disowned their earlier version given to

permission of the court but they had not stated anything incriminating against the
accused Prabal Pratap. They failed to identify the accused in the court as the
