7. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the
contentions raised by the learned counsel for the applicants
are contrary to the aforementioned judgment passed by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Punjab & Ors. Vs. Jagjit
Singh & Ors. and the above judgment is not applicable to the
facts of this case. It is further submitted by learned counsel for
the respondents that if the applicants cannot rely on the said
judgment, as it does not provide that the Part Time Vocational
Teachers are to be paid the DA twice a year.
