(1) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issues
raised by the petitioners in the instant writ petition are required to be
effectively adjudicated by the Director General, Town and Country
Planning, Haryana in view of the fact that such specific powers vested in
him have been duly recognized by a Division Bench of this Court vide
judgment dated 30.01.2009 rendered in CWP No.17753 of 2001 (M/s DLF
Qutub Enclave Residents Welfare Association vs. State of Haryana &
Ors.).
