10. Since, the issue has already been decided by the Hon'ble
Coordinate Single Bench in Mina Kumari (supra) and order
has been passed with directions and admittedly all these cases
are covered by the said order, I am disposing of these writ
petitions in terms of the final order passed by the Hon'ble
Coordinate Single Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No. 582 of
2023 in the case of "Mina Kumari & Others Vs. The State of
Jharkhand & Others along with Analogous Cases".
