PM. He stated that Kiran was alleged to have taken 1/2 tablet of sulphos
poison with water. DW-4 is Dr. Kamal Sharma, Sharma Hospital, Jagadhri,
who could not produce the record dated 03.07.1995, as the same was not
available in his hospital because he did not preserve the record of such case
for more than two years.
