State) and the efforts were made by Court, and the Advocate General was called upon on 06/03/2009 for holding a meeting on 21/03/2009 of all the parties along with Principal Secretary to Government, Industries Department Jaipur for revival of the Co.-JMEL; pursuant to which the Advocate General called a meeting in his chambers on 21/03/2009 and submitted report dt.02/04/2009, which was taken note of by Co-ordinate Bench in CWP-7761/2003 in its order dt.10/04/2009 ad infra:
