General submits that in order to meet the time
schedule fixed by this Court in the cases of Mridul
Dhar & Ors. vs. Union of India of Ors. and order
dated 19.5.2014 in Lipika Gupta & Anr. vs. Union of
India & Ors., the applicants require to hold the
counselling on several dates but before 30.09.2014
and therefore, requests us to permit them to hold the
fresh examination for Rajasthan Pre-Medical Test for
M.B.B.S./B.D.S./Pharmacy for the academic year
2014-2015, subject to the result of the aforesaid
S.A.W.
The request of Shri L.N. Rao, learned

learned counsels, including, Ms. Indu Malhotra,
learned senior counsel.
