3. It has been stated in the affidavit dated 18.02.2025 that the amount so far
as it relates to the claim of Rs.600 crores and Rs. 5,04,57,92,008.00 is in
relation to Certificate Case No. 14/2019-20 which has been ascertained
after the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Common
Cause vs. Union of India and Ors., (2017) 9 SCC 499.
