2. We are told that Division Bench (DB)-III is adjudicating upon a
matter in which the issue that arises for consideration, is similar to the issue
which obtains in the above-captioned writ petition.
2.1 The matter, which is heard by DB-III, we are told, is a writ petition
numbered as W.P (C) 2138/2019, titled M/s T.R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd.
v. Union of India & Anr. We are informed that the matter is now listed
before DB-III on 19.04.2022.
