19}. The question which arises for consideration in that case is
whether the assignee to whom land had been assigned by the
Government with the conditions are entitled to the payment of
compensation when the assigned lands are resumed by the
Government for public purpose. This decision does not apply to the
facts of this case. Discussion in the said judgment is primarily as to
the social object and the purpose as to why the land was assigned and
after discussing, the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, came to
the conclusion that assignees should be paid the full compensation.
The fact that assignees are entitled to full compensation and the said
Andhra Pradesh judgment did not mean that they become absolute
owners of the land, who are not bound by the conditions of
assignment.
