4. It is further submitted that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in
the matter of Chief Engineer, APGENCO, KTPS, Paloncha, Khammam
District and two others v. S.K. Nazar 1, has held that a grandchild is not
entitled to employment under G.O.Ms.No.98. Following the same, admittedly,
the petitioner is a grandchild of the displaced family and, as such, cannot be
considered for providing employment in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.98.
