The validity of Section 22-A of the Act was upheld by the
Division Bench in Invecta Technologies Private Limited
and Others v. Government of Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad and Others 4. A combined reading of the law
laid down by the Full Bench of this Court and the Division
bench and various orders in writ petitions, it is evident that
any refusal for registering a property by an office of Sub-
Registrar can be only in accordance with the Act and as per
the law laid down by the Full Bench. The notification
issued in not in accordance with law.
