In view of the aforesaid, following the dictum of the
Supreme Court in T.M.A. Pai Foundation's case (supra), the
provisions dealing with prior approval and post-facto approval
in respect of disciplinary matters of teachers and employees
are held not to be applicable to unaided non-minority
educational institutions with the remedy being provided to
agitate the grievances before the Tribunal constituted under
the said Act."
