However, during the course of arguments, it was very fairly urged by learned counsel for petitioners that as per the judgments of Hon'ble High court of Delhi, the loss of financial dependency in case of a deceased pensioner is to be reckoned as 1/2 of the pension as the family of the deceased pensioner, after his death is likely to receive 50% of pension as family pension.
