4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners
Arvind Kumar in W.P.(C) No.4339/2024 is enrolled as an Advocate in
State Bar Council from 24.06.2011, whereas another petitioner Ku.
Edvina Ekka in W.P.(C) No.4354/2024 is enrolled as an Advocate in
State Bar Council from 06.01.2013. As such, they have completed
more than 07 years of practice, but respondents No. 1 & 3 are not
providing experience certificates according to the date of their
enrollment. So, direction may be issued to respondents No. 1 & 3 to
issue experience certificate from the date of their enrollment as an
Advocate in State Bar Council and not to reject the petitioners'
application for the District Judge Examination in view of this Court's
order passed in the matter of Suresh Kumar Sharma (supra). Thus,
both these petitions may be allowed and suitable direction may be
issued to the respondents.
