the official witnesses has not to be rejected as a matter of rule
merely on the ground of their official status and if it is found
that the police officials had no hostility towards the culprit, the
Court may be perfectly justified in accepting their testimony.
The presumption that a person acts honestly applies as much
in favour of a police officer as all other persons."
