All India Bank Employees vs National Industrial Tribunal & ... on 28 August, 1961
In the All India Bank Employees' Association v. National Industrial Tribunal, it was observed that the right guaranteed under Article 19 (1) (c) does not carry with it a concomitant right that the Associations shall achieve their object such that any interference in such achievement by any law would be unconstitutional unless it could be justified under Article 19 (4) as being in the interests of public order or morality. The right under Article 19 (1) (c) extends inter alia to the formation of an Association or Union."
