Prabhakar Tewari vs The State Of Uttar Pradesh on 24 January, 2020
Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case and placing
reliance upon the judgement passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of
Prabhakar Tiwari (supra), this application is allowed. The applicant be released
on bail on furnishing surety bond of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)
with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
