State of West Bengal [2020 Cri.LJ 746] held that when the accused is found carrying a sizable quantity of currency notes along a public road in a concealed manner, that is an indicator to his dishonest intention. It is then, for the accused to explain such possession and lack of knowledge that the currency notes were counterfeit ones.
