The present revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the revisionist against the order dated 18.12.2020, passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, First, Gorakhpur in Case No. 2183 of 2016 (State vs. Girijesh Pal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 993 of 2010 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur whereby the application filed by the revisionist for summoning one Santosh Kumar Dueby in exercise of powers under section 319 Cr.P.C. was rejected.
