After having heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the
transfer petition, we direct transfer of Marriage Petition
No.A-1890 of 2016 titled as “Varun Ramesh Sharma vs. Swati Varun
Sharma” pending before the Family Court Bandra, Mumbai to a Court
of competent jurisdiction at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
