This Court, in Gulabi and etc. vs. State of H.P., AIR 1998 HP 9, where the land was acquired for the purpose of construction of National Highway-21, held that the claimants would be entitled to compensation uniformly for all classes of land irrespective of its classification or quality. This principle came to be followed and accepted by this Court in H.P. Housing Board vs. Ram Lal & Ors. 2003(3), Shim. L.
