5. Learned counsel submits that the issue raised in the petition is
identical to the issue raised in W.P(C) 7879/2017 titled Kaushal Jain
& Ors. Vs. Delhi Cantonment Board and Ors in which by order dated
14.09.2017, while issuing notice, interim protection has been granted
to the petitioner therein.
