In view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this
Court in the case of Kulwinder Singh and Ors. vs. State of Punjab
and another 2007(3) RCR(crl.) 1052, FIR No. 291 dated 10.11.2009
under Sections 323, 308, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station
Sector 11, Chandigarh and all subsequent proceedings arising
therefrom on the basis of compromise are quashed qua the
petitioner.
