Shailendra Kumar Verma vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 4 February, 2022
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is the bonafide
purchaser of the land in question. The initial Patta of the land in question is
of the year 1972 and the first sale deed was executed in the year 1998. The
petitioner claims that he is still in possession of the property in question. He
has placed reliance upon the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court in
identical circumstances in the cases of Shailesh Kumar Verma Vs. The State
of Madhya Pradesh and others (Writ Petition No.32008/2025) wherein this
Court has granted interim relief to the petitioner therein. It is submitted that
the name of the petitioner was recorded in the revenue record.
