the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of
Bir Singh vs. Delhi Jal Board and others (2018) 10 SCC
312, whereby the Hon'ble Apex Court has held that a
person who is recognized as a member of Scheduled Caste
and Scheduled Tribe in his original State, will be entitled

to all the benefits of reservation under the Constitution in
that State only and not in other State/Union Territories and
not entitled to benefits of reservation in the migrated State/
