6. As the aforesaid parameters have not been taken into
consideration while passing the impugned order, we have no option
but to set aside the impugned order with the direction to the
authorities to re-examine the application of the petitioner under
Rule 41 of the Central Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 1972 in terms
of parameters and criteria prescribed in the case of Mahinder Dutt
Sharma (supra).
