Sanjay Chandra vs Cbi on 23 November, 2011
I have perused the papers of investigation and
considered the allegations levelled against the applicant and
the role played by the applicant in both the cases and
statement of witnesses. I have also considered the fact that
investigation is over and charge-sheet is filed and the
applicant is behind the bar since 23/05/2014. This Court has
also taken into consideration the law laid down by the Hon'ble
Apex Court in the case of Sanjay Chandra versus Central
Bureau of Investigation reported in (2012)1 SCC 40.
