2. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On
such consideration, we are satisfied with the
grounds urged by the petitioners and accept the
same. Therefore, Writ Petition No. 3339 of 2021
titled as “L.S. Herdeniya & Ors. Vs. State of M.P
& Ors.” pending before the High Court of Madhya
Pradesh at Jabalpur is ordered to be transferred
to this Court.
