Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits
that order dated 03.01.2018 passed in O.A. No.791 of 2017 and other
connected matters, for violation whereof present contempt petition has
been filed, has been assailed by filing writ petition bearing CWP
No.4022 of 1999, titled as Himachal Pradesh University vs. Ram
Chand, wherein vide order dated 03.09.2020 interim stay has been
granted against the aforesaid order passed by erstwhile H.P. State
Administrative Tribunal.
