In view of submissions made, the writ petitions filed by the
petitioners are also disposed of with similar directions, which have
been given in the case of Jagdish Prasad Nai (supra). However, it
is made clear that the representation be made by the petitioners
within a period of seven days and the Additional Director
(Administration), Medical, Health and Family Welfare Department,
would pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks
thereafter. The expectation of the Court regarding the conclusion
of the entire exercise is extended in the present cases by
22.08.2022.
