4. Ms. Panwar submits that in view of the decision of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court in Perkins Eastman Architects DPC vs. HSCC
(India) Ltd. reported as (2020) 20 SCC 760, the respondent is
ineligible to appoint an arbitrator and considering that the parties have
agreed to the 'venue' of arbitration being at New Delhi, this court has
territorial jurisdiction to appoint a sole arbitrator.
