10. Learned counsel for the appellant has taken me
through Sections 4, 7(2) and 30 of Hindu Succession Act and
also Section 37-A of Madras Act. Referring to the judgments
of the Apex Court in the case of (1) Sundari & others Vs
Laxmi & others - AIR 1980 SC 198 and (2) Ramanna Rai &
another vs Jagannatha & others - AIR 1982 Karnataka 270,
he contends that the lower Appellate Court was in clear error
in applying the provisions contained in Section 29(1) of the
Madras Act.
