G.Sundarrajan vs Union Of India & Ors on 6 May, 2013
He submits that the present petition is not concerned with
Units 1 and 2 but Units 3 to 6. He submits that it is true that
there are certain observations made by this Court in the earlier
decision in G. Sundarrajan (supra) but those observations were
merely obiter since Units 3 to 6 were not in issue.
