In the considered opinion of this
Court and especially in the light of the judgment delivered by
the Bombay High Court in the case of Mangilal Jawanmal
(supra) and in the light of the judgment delivered by the Apex
Court in the case of Sunderlal (supra) the revision is certainly
maintainable.
