3. Classes of prisoners not to be released.
- The following classes of prisoners shall not be released under
remission earned, not exceedings four days; (4) forfeiture of class, grade, or prison privileges for a period not exceeding three months; (5) temporary reduction from ... remission earned, in excess of twelve days; (c) forfeiture of class, grade, or prison privileges for a period exceeding three months; (d) exclusion from
