expenditure incurred by Raghav Soni,
son of the petitioner on CLU, construction of Hotel and buying furniture for
the said hotel situated ... terms of the said lease deed, the entire
expenditure of CLU, Map Approval, costs of construction etc. was to be
incurred by the said lessee
