Today, learned counsel for the State produced a
letter of the Project ... payable to CMPFO
account towards interest on late deposit of CMPF. The
pay orders have been sent to GM office.
In view of the available
pension, but when both the letters were sent to the office of CMPF,
the same were found fake and forged. It is next alleged that
fund contribution of the labourers of the company with the Regional
Commissioner, CMPF, DIII, Dhanbad. It is further submitted by the learned counsel
