4. The plaintiff mentions about starting a coaching academy under the name of
CHRONICLE IAS ACADEMY, which is also registered ... inadvertent
circumstances, decided to close down its activity relating to the coaching academy.
5. The plaintiff claims that the use of the trademark "CHRONICLE
along with my friends Pinki were going to coaching
academy from our school. While were were going the prosecutrix also met
us and told that ... extracted below :
"On 31072013, I reached the coaching academy for giving classes. In
the class room, I was teaching Nikki, Pinki

New Delhi one banner/hording with written description "Harish
Academy Coaching for Classes IXth to XIIth ... said hoarding was containing the
advertisement in words "Harish Academy Coaching for Classes IXth to
XIIth PH. No. 9910616746, 8700433805". He clicked
intends to start a Coaching Academy for the students
in the demised premises.
