3. As per the prosecution case, total 420 litres of
codeine cough syrup containing in 4200 bottles was recovered
from the rented room ... petitioner and the co-accused
person total 600 litres of Codeine syrup and two mobile phones
were also recovered from Aggrawal Godam situated at Dixon

rickshaw and from her possession, Eskuf Cough Syrup (codeine
Phosphate & Triprolidine Hydrochloride Syrup)-6500 ml.,

litres) from the Bolero Pick-up vehicle and 11 cartoons of Eskuf
Cough Syrup containing ... contraband is commercial quantity i.e.,
735 litres of Escuf Cough Syrup containing codeine and the
petitioner has no any valid authorization for keeping
that the said house belonged to the petitioner
who brought cough syrup containing Codeine. The petitioner
sells it from his house.
