misused these blank papers and instead created/fabricated a
collaboration agreement with respect to rights in favour of defendant no.2 by
the plaintiff ... plaintiffs had
suppressed the fact with respect to existence of the Collaboration Agreement
dated 18.5.2004 entered into by the plaintiff no.2 with the defendant
learned Arbitrator that as per the
terms and conditions of collaboration agreement, the petitioner was to
