observed that whether an unregistered sale deed can be considered
for collateral purpose, of possession of the suit schedule
properties, is an important issue that ... admissible in evidence, can
be looked into for collateral purposes. In the present case the collateral
purpose to be seen is the nature of possession
Whether Ex.A.3 can be admitted in evidence for collateral purpose I.e., to
decide the nature and character of possession of the suit ... evidence, the terms in the
deed can be examined for collateral purpose to determine possession.
